About Mrs. Masin
Bini Masin is an Exercise Physiologist, Nutrition Consultant, and Health Coach, with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Miami. She believes in helping her clients create a balanced lifestyle and achieve their goals of weight loss, symptom management associated with medication, testing and treatment for food sensitivities, as well as improved athletic performance.
Mrs. Masin cultivates tailored and uniquely individualized health and fitness programs. She utilizes clinical data including: Resting Metabolic Rate, VO2 Max performance, food sensitivity test results, and vitamin and mineral deficiency test results. Mrs. Masin’s programs involve helping patients create recipes, food shop, prepare meals. Additionally, she designs specific workout regimens for optimal health and fitness.
Mrs. Masin volunteers substantial time and resources to Chai Lifeline, an organization that assists the families of children with life threatening illnesses. Mrs. Masin is also a kidney donor. She speaks on the topic of organ donation for various institutions including: The Miami Transplant Institute, under the auspices of The University of Miami and Jackson Memorial Hospital, as well as Renewal and community high schools.
Mrs. Masin resides in Pinecrest where she and her husband of 25 years have been blessed to raise four children. In her leisure time she enjoys cooking, spending time with her children, reading, and of course, exercise.
