Bini Masin

Bini is an Exercise Physiologist, Nutrition Consultant, and Health Coach, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and a Masters from the University of Miami. She believes in helping her clients create a balanced lifestyle and achieve their goals whether these be for weight loss, improved athletic performance, management of symptoms associated with medications, or overcoming food sensitivities.

She designs completely tailored and individualized health and fitness programs for patients by using clinical data (their resting metabolic rate, VO2 Max performance ability, food sensitivity results, vitamin and mineral deficiency results) and their lifestyle requirements along with food and activity preferences. Her programs even involve helping patients in creating recipes, going food shopping, preparing meals in their homes, and designing specific workout regimens.

Bini resides in Pinecrest where she and her husband of 25 years have been blessed to raise four children. She contributes extensively of her time and resources to Chai Lifeline, an organization that assists the families of children with life threatening illness. Bini also donated a kidney over five years ago to a perfect stranger, motivated by her sense of gratitude for good health. She continues public speaking on the topic of organ donation. In her leisure time she likes to cook, spend time with her kids, read and of course exercise.
